Uniform Fittings

1. Sign up via Sign-Up Genius uniform fitting link sent out via email after tryouts
2. Attend uniform fitting - which will be held in gym at The Mark
3. Please complete your players USAV Membership PRIOR to arriving for uniform fittings, the link is attached below
4. Check in at the time you signed up for on Sign-Up Genius as you enter into the gym
5. You will receive a form for uniform sizing on & they will also let you know if we see the GPVB membership is complete - if it is not complete, please click on the link below.  This needs to be done prior to leaving the gym, we can not roster your player on the team for tournaments until this is complete
6. Try on uniforms for correct sizing: Be sure to enter your players information on the paper copy - you will hand this in when you are done with uniform fittings
7. Go to the tables & enter your players information into the uniform link below - this needs to be completed prior to check ing out
8. You will also need to go into League Apps to finalize any information needed for your player, payment method set, waivers accepted & medical release form filled out and uploaded to your players profile & accepting the Player/Parent Handbook. You will do this by logging into your players account.
9. Stop by the apparel area to see what type of Legacy Swag is available for purchase through our partner SpecialTees - this does not need to be completed prior to leaving the gym
10. Come to the check out desk and we will confirm that everything is done
11. The swag/apparel order for player, parents, siblings, friends is available until November 26th.  Click on the link below SpecialTee's to place your order, you are able to do this at home!

You will then enter your players sizing information into the link below to order your players uniform package - you need to identify which division your players is on National or Regional. Once you click on the correct division, you will then choose the team that your player is on. Please make sure this information is entered in correctly to the registration below:
